Spring is on the way! After the weird winter we’ve had in the Southern NH and Northern Massachusetts area, it’s nice to know some warmer weather is on the way. Spring is also a time for parties and events. Whether they’re to celebrate business success, a wedding, or other momentous occasions, using a personal assistant as your event planner makes these events enjoyable for everyone and less stressful for you to plan.
Business Event Planning
Whether you’re celebrating a big win or the completion of a big project, business parties are fun and a great way to have your team bond outside of work. Spring is also the perfect time for company outings. Likely no one in your company has the time to plan an event of this caliber, and even if they do, they’re not experienced at it. Instead of adding stress and complication, outsource your party planning to a personal assistant.
I’ll work to find you the perfect location for your event. Once that’s done, I’ll coordinate with you to select a date, choose activities, food, decor, etc. I’ll also help coordinate RSVPs and communications about the event. You can breathe a sigh of relief when you get a PA to do your event planning.
Personal Event Planner
Unlike more niche planners, like wedding planners, a personal assistant is experienced with planning a wide variety of events from birthday parties and block parties and wedding showers. Save yourself the stress and hassle of coordinating all the small details for these events and let someone like me handle them instead.
When you hire True Assisting to plan your next event, I’ll work with you to find the perfect location, choose the menu – including any special dietary needs, coordinate décor for the theme, and sending invitations.
For both business and personal event planning, there are some excellent software products on the market to make things easier. See a list and compare the details here. And the days of organizing and shuffling reply cards are gone. Instead, have your guests RSVP online.
Parties and events should be fun! Don’t give yourself a headache planning them. Hire a personal event planner instead! Contact me to get your next event started.
